Returns & Exchange
Shoesies Online is happy to offer customers an exchange or store credit for items purchased online (Please ensure you choose carefully) seven (7) days from the date received.
Shoesies Instore does not exchange for change of mind. Please ensure you choose carefully, returns or exchanges will only be considered for seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
All items submitted for return (if faulty) will be referred to the Manufacturer for assessment. This may take up to 14 days. Please note Shoesies will assist where possible to obtain a replacement for the item.
If you would like an exchange or store credit, the shoes and the shoe box must be returned undamaged and in original condition. Must not contain odours including cigarette smoke. Boxes and packaging must be returned along with hang tags or any materials sold with the original item. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface.
Items purchased online are exchangeable into a different size and colour based on stock availability. Please contact us via phone or email to organise the store credit less the return postage cost (where applicable).
Please note the following exceptions: Store credit is not available for 'sale or clearance' items, no returns or refund! This includes online and instore.
If shoes are specially ordered shoes for you, and they are returned a 'handling/restocking fee' will be applied ($20.00).
All returned items must be posted to Shop 1/275 Ocean View Road, ETTALONG BEACH NSW 2257. Once the item(s) have been received and assessed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a store credit for the cost of the purchase (less the original shipping cost [if postage discount was applied] and return postage cost).
** NOTE: manufactured and natural products may vary in colour due to manufacturing, nature, electronic transfer or device settings/capacity.
